I ask you, dear God,
to bless my friends;
Where this is pain, heal them
with your mercy,
Where this is sorrow,
give them cause to rejoice.

Let them know that you are
forever near,
Always ready to be our friend.
especially in our hour of
greatest need.

Bless them with patience,

and faith in you.
