This week I’m feeling oh so “ho hum” Not much to write or say A week that makes you think too much Clouding each and every day. You take on others problems Combined with all your own Small tasks seem overwhelming Like I’m in another zone. Wouldn’t say that I’m depressed Don’t feel I’m stressed or sad Just kinda like I’m in between Strangest feeling I’ve ever had. The lights are on inside my head But no one’s home besides Doing my chores and working Like I’m just along for the ride. Do you wonder where our minds hide out? Are they merely taking a rest? Off in a corner rejuvenating some Thinking they know what’s best. Next week will be a whole lot better I know the perfect cure I’m gonna give it all to God He will sort it out for sure. ~ Margaret Bergeron ~
